What Is The Legal Basis For Processing?

AI Data Processing
When you use Beacon's AI-powered interview preparation services:
- Your interview responses (text, audio, video) are processed by AI systems for evaluation
- We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate questions and evaluate responses
- Your data is processed solely for providing interview feedback and is not used to train AI models
- Audio/video recordings are temporarily stored for processing and deleted after evaluation
- AI-generated feedback is stored in your account for your review and progress tracking
- We do not share your interview practice data with potential employers unless you explicitly request it

Consent to the use of cookies
For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst.
